CURLEY, ROB began his career in 1996 as an education reporter and online editor at a small daily newspaper in Kansas. He has since become one of the most critically acclaimed and award-winning Web developers in the world. Curley joined Washingtonpost.Newsweek Interactive in October of 2006 to accept the new position of Vice-President of Product Development. He leads a team committed to the development and deployment of new tools for journalists and viewers. Working across all WPNI properties, Curley and his team guide WPNI’s industry-leading innovation in online news and technology. Before joining WPNI, Curley was director of new media and convergence for the Naples Daily News and its sister publications along Florida’s Gulf Coast. Curley earned a bachelor’s of Integrated Studies degree from Emporia (Kansas) State University in 2001.
