KISKEN, TOM is an investigative and enterprise reporter with the Ventura County Star. With over 23 years of reporting, he has covered everything from a community college basketball scandal to Pope John Paul II’s pilgrimage to Israel. He went through Flash training six months ago and began producing multimedia projects. One story focused on how terrorism has changed Islam and another followed an immigrant’s journey to citizenship.
