About Anna-Louise Taylor
TAYLOR, ANNA-LOUISE is a senior broadcast journalist on the News Programmes Interactive team at the BBC. Her team works to help original journalism from TV and Radio programmes across the BBC's factual, current affairs and documentary output reach a wider audience by getting articles, video and audio clips and slideshows commissioned for the BBC News Website. Her responsibilities include working as a planning editor and programme journalism promoter, writing, subbing and having day-to-day editorial control over the team's output, and running the programme department's multimedia coverage of the UK's general election. Anna-Louise is a dual British and New Zealand national, born in Britain and raised in both countries. She graduated from the New Zealand Broadcasting School with a Bachelor in Broadcast Journalism in 2001, and her first job was for the public broadcaster Radio New Zealand. Anna-Louise lives in London and has a four-month-old schnoodle puppy called Sadie. She loves the sea and the beach, riding her 1950s Italian bike, listening to indie music, attending burlesque and cabaret shows, and taking swing dancing, bikram yoga and boxing classes.
