About Lawrence Budd
LAWRENCE BUDD joined the Dayton (OH) Daily News as a reporter in 1998 where he writes on a wide range of topics. During the course of his career, he has covered the full range of beats including energy, technology, business and music reviews for such newspaper as The Daily Star-Courier and The Midland Reporter-Telegram in Texas; The Chronicle-Telegram and Crane’s Cleveland Business in Ohio; and the Orlando Weekly in Florida. He is a self-described technologist, having reviewed 800 Websites and 300 newsgroups. Budd has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Bowling Green State University. He was a Kiplinger Fellow in Public-Affairs Reporting at Ohio State University where he also received a Master’s degree in Journalism.
