About Christine Janocko
JANOCKO, CHRISTINE is the online editor at The (San Luis Obispo) Tribune, a 40,000-circulation newspaper that covers California's Central Coast. Her responsibilities include producing and updating news and other content on SanLuisObispo.com; coordinating with the newsroom assigning desks to get content online in a timely manner; and improving the Web site's SEO and developing other methods of driving traffic via major search engines. Janocko is a native of San Luis Obispo and graduated with a degree in journalism from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo. She started her journalism career as an intern on the Tribune's copy desk; she was a full-time copy editor until August, when she became the newspaper's online editor. She enjoys baking, blogging about baking, running and shopping.
