About Tracy Cutchlow

TRACY CUTCHLOW has been the news producer for seattletimes.com, at The Seattle Times, since April 2000, in charge of special projects. In 2002, Cutchlow won the Society of Professional Journalists’ first place award for the Web site she created following the Sept. 11 terrorists attack, “Understanding the Conflict.” It was cited by the Columbia Journalism Review last year as one of the best examples in the country of coverage of the aftermath of that event. Prior to her current position, Cutchlow was a copy editor at both The Capital Times, in Madison, WI and The Oregonian, in Portland. Cutchlow has a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism with a minor in Fine Arts from Washington State University.
