Multimedia and Technology Training At the UC Berkeley Graduate School of Journalism
GARCIA, EDWARD is the Customer Success Manager within Caspio’s Media Services Division. Garcia is responsible for developing and conducting all of Caspio's web-based training, and also serves as a consultant and front-line technical support for Caspio’s media clients. Garcia presents training five days a week and works with a range of clients including Hearst, McClatchy, MediaNews, Media General, Scripps, Cox, Lee Enterprises, and The New York Times Company.
