About Karin Halperin
KARIN HALPERIN is the associate editor of Bank Systems & Technology, where she reports on banking and technology trends for the trade publication and is currently evaluating its web site - Banktech.com. As a freelance journalist, she wrote for Newsday, BusinessWeek Online, and HIV-Plus. During the course of her journalism career, Halperin has also been copy chief of Redbook magazine and a copy editor for Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, Marie Claire, Parenting, People, and Conde Nast Traveler among others. She has a B.S. in psychology from Boston University, a M.S. from Columbia University Graduate School of Journalism, and is fluent in French.
