About Na Eng
NA ENG is an award-winning producer for the national TV news magazine show "NOW on PBS." Among the topics she has covered: the recent mortgage crisis, the treatment of detainees, and genocide in Darfur.
Her investigation into missing royalty payments by the oil and gas industry earned her an Emmy Award nomination. She received a National Headliner Award for telling the tragic story of a journalist killed in Iraq.
She has reported from all over the world-- from small town Kansas to post-Katrina New Orleans, from the rice fields of Bangladesh to the townships of Zimbabwe.
Before joining "NOW," Na Eng was a Researcher for NBC News and an Associate Producer for a Bill Moyers documentary series.
She has won many prestigious fellowships, including: the International Reporting Project Fellowship, the PBS/CPB Producer’s Academy Fellowship, the Fulbright Fellowship and the Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowship for New Americans.
She attended Columbia College in New York City, and she earned a Master's in International Affairs at Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs.
