About Jennifer H. Cunningham

CUNNINGHAM, JENNIFER H. covers the municipal beat in Passaic County for the Herald News and the Record newspapers. Since joining the paper in September 2005, Ms. Cunningham has covered topics including corruption and nepotism in local government, the environment, crime and education. Her work was recognized by the New Jersey Press Association's Better Newspaper Contest this year when she was given an award for her stories on a shooting inside a local church. Her work has also been featured in the New York Amsterdam News, Time Out New York Magazine and gradspot.com, a Web site for recent college graduates. Ms. Cunningham graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 2004 with a bachelor’s in advertising and public relations and received her master’s in international journalism from the City University, London in 2006.
