is the online editor and county reporter at the Davis Enterprise, a 9,000-circulation newspaper covering Yolo County, CA. His responsibilities include managing the website, spearheading the news organization's citizen journalist initiative, overseeing its WordPress-powered content management system and reporting. Edwards is from the Sacramento area and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in English literature. His journalism career started when he created a hyperlocal news blog in New Orleans, LA. His first newspaper job was at The Daily Republic in Fairfield, CA, where he covered city politics. He enjoys be-bopping around midtown Sacramento, admiring graffiti, eating local food as well as loving on his girlfriend Elly and their Chihuahua-Dachsund mix, Lila a.k.a. Poopbag.
