About Kevin Friedl
FRIEDL, KEVIN is the deputy managing editor of NationalJournal.com, the online face of National Journal magazine, CongressDaily and The Hotline. He is responsible for the site's day-to-day editorial operations, oversees and edits special projects like “Lost in Transition,” a blog covering the presidential handover this winter, and writes regularly about foreign policy and the intersection of politics and the Web. Since graduating from the University of Chicago, Friedl has worked at Forbes.com and as a freelancer in New York. He enjoys backpacking and cycling and is looking forward to riding across Iowa this July.
