About Peggy Lowe

Peggy Lowe has worked at The Orange County Register since 2005 covering politics and local government. She just launched Work, her third blog for the Register. It is dedicated to telling multimedia stories about the unemployed and how the Great Recession has changed our definition of work. Lowe was a Knight-Wallace Fellow at the University of Michigan in 2008-2009. She is from O'Neill, the Irish Capital of Nebraska, and now lives in Long Beach, Calif.
