About Dan Lyksett

Currently working as online news editor for the Leader-Telegram, a family-owned daily in Eau Claire, WI. I've been in my present job to some degree since 2001, although the hours committed to it and other duties have varied greatly. It's currently back to about three-quarters time. I supervise the news content on our Web site and help produce/coordinate various Web projects

My other duties include editing a home improvement magazine, working weekend slot editor shifts and writing a column for the print edition.

I've been with the newspaper since 1983 reporting from various beats. I'm married and help my wife raise Labrador retrievers.
