About Randy Mishler

RANDY MISHLER is a sports copy editor and page designer at The Oregonian in Portland (I believe I am supposed to add "Pulitzer-winning Oregonian." Next time.) Prior to joining The Oregonian in 2006, he was assistant sports editor at the Bend (Ore.) Bulletin, assistant managing editor at The Daily News in Longview, Wash., and a senior news designer for The Arizona Republic. Mishler has won Awards of Excellence by the Society of News Design, SPJ and Arizona, Florida and Iowa Associated Press honors. (And a blue ribbon for pumpkin carving.) He has a B.A. in journalism from Indiana University.
