About Nicole Hollway

HOLLWAY, NICOLE the general manager of the St. Louis Beacon, has spent her career applying new media to products and communication in industries ranging from Broadway to finance. After majoring in theatre at Northwestern University, Hollway managed the digital aspects of and developed online tools for shows like Les Misérables and The Phantom of the Opera. Later, she worked on web development, ticketing and calendar conversion and ad network development with clients such as the Boston Symphony Orchestra and Lincoln Center before going corporate, tackling online tools and branding for companies like Kaplan and Goldman Sachs. On the ad agency side, she oversaw national digital campaigns and projects including permission-marketing products for AT&T small business customers. As Creative Services Manager for The Roberts Companies, she managed web, print, outdoor and on-air production, as well as public relations for the company’s TV and radio stations, hotels, theater and real-estate developments. Hollway serves on the Board of Directors for The St. Louis Black Repertory Theatre and as a Board Vice President for the Professional Theatre Awards Council (Kevin Kline Awards).
