About Ray Parker

RAY PARKER is a reporter for the Lincoln (NE) Star Journal. His beat encompasses the state department of education and 25 regional school districts in six counties. Under the newspaper's structure, Parker and other reporters provide web content as well stories for the print product. In addition, Parker has been a general assignment reporter for the Las Vegas Review-Journal, where he assisted in the online design of the weekly newspapers. He has a B.A. in journalism and English, and has completed coursework for an M.A. in English at the University of Nevada-Reno.
