Congestion pricing is just one of the many ideas proposed to reduce traffic and our carbon foot print. Technology can be a big part of the solution, according to Robin Chase, founder of Zipcar. Chase wants to use mesh network to allow road tolls: "we should be charging people for carbon," she says.
