It's all fermentation all the time at Alex Hozven's Cultured, a culinary studio where they practice the art of living foods. Cultured offers a multitude of raw organic fermented treats like sauerkrauts, kimchi, kombucha, pickles and more. All of Cultured’s products are naturally fermented in the brine created from the juice of the vegetables and salt. No vinegar, water or heat are used. Cultured takes advantage of its San Francisco Bay Area location to create innovative pickled combinations of fresh seasonal vegetables.
