Topic: More Power, Less Work

The idea of a sabbatical is foreign to most journalists. Editors, reporters, designers and photographers are lucky if their newsrooms offer even the slightest time to rejuvenate with "creative thinking days," for example. But what if they did?

In More Power, Less Work, we will examine the TED talk from designer Stefan Sagermeister, who shuts down his studio every seven years and takes a one-year sabbatical to refresh, regroup and generally get inspired. What would you do? Where would you go? What goals would you have for yourself?
