How to Tune In to a Facebook Live VideoNew to Facebook Live? Facebook Live is catching on quickly, as individuals and businesses use it to connect with their followers on the go. If you’ve never tuned into a live stream broadcasted by a business page on Facebook, just follow these simple steps to join.
- If you’d like to be automatically notified when businesses you follow are live, be sure to like their page. When we go live, our followers receive a notification that says, “Berkeley Advanced Media Institute is live” when the stream begins.
- Sometimes broadcasts are scheduled to begin at a certain time. Find a Facebook Live video by going to the business page and scrolling to the top of their feed. You should see a video playing, which you can watch on mobile or desktop. Click the video to enter viewing mode.
- Engage with the video by leaving a comment or question the same way you would normally comment on a post. The broadcaster can see who’s watching and will see your comments as you post them. This is how live Q&A sessions are possible.
- Just browsing for new videos to watch? Check out the Facebook Live Map to see live streams from all over the globe.
